Dear aspiring business owner, I was in your shoes 6 years ago.
I was working in a 9-5 job for two years but the more I worked, the more I felt like life could be SO MUCH MORE.
For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to start a side hustle and eventually quit my job to pursue my dream of being my own boss.
Within a year of learning calligraphy, I quit my 9-5 job and took a leap of faith. At the time, I was only making $1,000/month with my calligraphy business (teaching workshops and selling cards).
I knew there was more for me, and I knew I'd regret it if I didn't even give it a try.
Over the next 5 years of being self-employed—while also going through a global pandemic—I tried to make it work....
I experimented with a lot of different income streams, tried to figure out what I REALLY wanted to do in business, and struggled with stressful and cashless months.

At times, I wondered if it was all worth it, but I wanted these things SO much that I kept going:

Throughout these 5 years of being self-employed, I figured out how to pivot my calligraphy business to a fully online business with multiple streams of income, and finally achieved my dream of being a digital nomad (I was in Asia for 7 months last year living the dream!).
Easier said than done 😅 but I'm proud to say I did it!
Right now, I'm making $7,000-$14,000 per month, but most importantly, I feel really ALIGNED with my work, I'm being creative every day, and I look forward to waking up and working on my business!

The Creative Business Accelerator is an intimate 3-month group coaching program for aspiring creatives and online business owners just like you.
Starting at the end of June, this program will guide you through the essentials of building and growing your creative business with confidence and clarity (and a LOT of fun!).
I'm accepting a maximum of 15 people for this cohort.
In these 3 months, we'll cover these topics and A LOT more....
🔍 Niche: Figure out what EXACTLY you're doing in your business and what your niche is (or if you even need a niche).
🏢 Admin setup: Set up your business properly and handle the admin tasks (pick a business structure, set up a bank account, set up a bookkeeping system, set up a professional email, etc).
💸 Monetization methods: Pick 1-2 monetization methods to get started with after we explore different ways to make money online and in your local community (including offering services, creating digital products/courses, affiliate marketing, Etsy, sponsorships, email lists).
🌐 Build your presence: Set up your social media, website and/or Etsy shop so that you can start marketing your offerings.
🎥 Content creation: Learn how to create engaging content that attracts your audience, builds trust, and leads to paying customers, whether that's on Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn or X.

Is this open worldwide? Who is this group coaching program for?
Yes! This is open to anyone around the world who is committed to starting their business. If you're interested in content creation, freelancing, selling digital products on your own platform/Etsy, being an artist/calligrapher, UGC, influencing, coaching, Youtube, selling courses, affiliate marketing or blogging—BUT feel overwhelmed and unsure how to turn your skills into something more—this is for you!
When's the deadline for registering?
The deadline for registering is Saturday, June 15 at 11:59pm Pacific time.
How many people are you accepting into this program?
Your cohort will have a maximum of 15 people.
When do we start? How do the calls work and what’s the schedule?
Once registration has closed on June 15, I will send out a scheduling form for you to fill out so we can find the best weekly call time for everyone. The program will start in the last week of June or first week of July, depending on everyone's schedules.
Each call will be 1 hour to 1.5 hours long. All calls will be on Zoom and recorded (if you miss a call, you can watch the recording).
Accountability group calls: You will be put into a group of 3-4 people, with whom you will be meeting 4 times by yourself during the program. Once paired with your group, you will figure out a time by yourself that is convenient for everyone.

What’s the format for the group coaching calls with Dina?
Each call will be 1 hour to 1.5 hours long and will include:
Announcements and checking-in with everyone
Short breakout rooms of 3-4 people, discussing wins of the past week, challenges, and problem-solving
Group coaching: Answering submitted Q&A questions, answering questions that come up during the call, discussing topics based on the conversations in the Slack channel, discussing mindset and strategic topics related to building your business, planning for the future. The topics we discuss during this time are open.
Make a to-do list with 3 things you'll accomplish in the next week so everyone can keep each other accountable.
Will there be recordings of the group coaching calls?
All calls will be recorded in case someone misses a call.
What are the benefits of a group program vs a 1:1 program?
Lots of benefits!
Accountability + community: You and the group members will motivate each other and keep each other accountable.
Collective wisdom: You learn things you never would have even thought of.
Networking + collaborations: Meet people who have the same goals as you, and bond with similarly-minded people. There is so much potential for future collaboration!
Cost: More affordable than 1:1 programs. (Dina's 1:1 coaching packages are $1,000+ per month)
How do the accountability small groups work?
You will be put into a group of 3-4 people, with whom you will be meeting 4 times by yourself during the program. You and your group will figure out a time that works best for everyone in the group. The purpose of having the accountability groups is to discuss any questions you might have, work on any shared challenges, and keep each other accountable with your weekly to-do lists. This builds peer-to-peer support so that after the coaching program ends, you can continue to support each other without the guide of a coach.
Can you tell me more about the Slack online community?
The purpose of the Slack community is for you to ask questions, support other people in the program, and get your questions answered in between the group coaching calls. This is invaluable because you'll pretty much be supported 24/7 for 3 months, and you don't need to wait until the group coaching calls to get your questions answered!
What is the time commitment? What if I’m working full-time?
This program was designed for busy individuals with full-time jobs (or other full-time commitments). The suggested time commitment is minimum 5 hours per week. You need to make time for the group calls and work on your business a minimum of 4 hours per week.
Obviously, the more time you can spend on your business, the better the results, but 5 hours is the minimum time commitment. But don't underestimate how much you can accomplish within 5 hours with the right guidance!
Do you guarantee that I’ll make a certain amount of money per month after the program?
This program will give you all the tools to be successful in making money in your creative business, but it is 100% your responsibility to commit to the program, participate in the coaching calls, and most importantly, work on your to-do list and business. You are the only one who can build your business and make it successful. This program will support you and mentor you through the journey. Just like a fitness instructor can give you all the exercises to do to become fit, you won’t achieve your goals unless you yourself put in the effort and do the work.
I'm unavailable this time! When is the next time you run this program?
If I do run the program again, it would probably be January 2025.
Are there refunds?
No, there are no refunds. I expect all participants to commit to the program 100%.
